Cornèr Banque (Luxembourg) SA: Best Execution Policy
The adoption, as from 1 November 2007, of a new directive known as MiFID
(Markets in Financial Instruments Directive) and valid for all countries of the European Union,
requires us to provide Clients with detailed information concerning our “Best Execution Policy for
investment orders”, the markets used (places of execution) and the reference brokers.
The stated objective of MiFID is to ensure greater protection of Clients, by guaranteeing the execution of transactions involving financial instruments at the best conditions that can be reasonably obtained on the market (Best Execution Policy), a policy that has, in any case, always been applied by our bank.
