The investment funds CB-Accent Income Fund and CB-Accent Money Market Fund - investment funds governed by Swiss law - are registered for distribution solely in Switzerland.
CB-Accent Lux (SICAV) - an open ended investment company - is registered for distribution in Switzerland and Luxembourg.
For certain funds, distribution is permitted in Italy, both for qualified operators (institutional investors) and by means of public offerings. The related subscription forms contain additional information.
